Participant Assistance and Care (PAC) services under the Family Supports Waiver are designed to help individuals with disabilities maintain their independence and participate fully in their communities. PAC services include:
- Daily Living Assistance: Help with activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
- Health-Related Tasks: Support in managing medications, attending medical appointments, and following prescribed health regimens.
- Skill Development: Encouraging the development of self-care and daily living skills to promote greater independence.
- Community Engagement: Facilitating participation in social, recreational, and educational activities to enhance quality of life.
